Human Resources


The center is staffed with research scientists from various disciplines such as chemistry and biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, food science and technology, and process engineering. In addition, it is supported by general staffs, technicians, and librarians, totalling to 131 persons including the scientists. Research activities groupped into 5 categories:
