The products which have already been developed include agar (agar sheet, agar powder), carrageenan (ATC, semi refined carrageenan), alginat, chitin and chitosan, fish oils (squalen, omega-3 fatty acid), peptone, artemia cysts, fish leathers, surimi and surimi-based products (fish nuggets, otak-otak, meat ball, etc.), “arabushi”, alginat drinks, microalgae drinks (Spirulina), chondroitin, canning fish, dry salted fish, boiled fish, traditionally-processed fishes, high nutrient-rich foods, fish fortification food (fish candy, omega-3 candy, fish noodles, fish snacks, etc.).
